Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Project Ownership

All projects, documents, portfolios, invoices, and websites created by you remain your intellectual property. However, we reserve the right to delete or restrict access to content in violation of our policies.

Payments and Subscription

• Users can subscribe to either the Starter or Pro plan via Cashfree.
• Features are gated based on the plan and will activate automatically post-payment.
• Usage limits (projects, emails, assistant queries) apply to the Starter plan.
• Plans are billed monthly or yearly and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Blockkit to create your content. You may not reverse-engineer or redistribute the platform code or components.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any terms. Inactive free-tier accounts may be deleted after 90 days of non-usage.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Blockkit implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
